YtHunter | AiWZ (ythunter.com) is a set of tools for making YouTube videos, run by Zargham Tariq in Pakistan. This page explains what we keep about you, why we keep it, and what we never do with it.
In short
- We keep only what your account needs: your name, your email, the devices you use, and how much you use each tool.
- Your files never go to our servers. They are worked on in your browser. So you can open your saved projects on another device, their files are saved in your own Google Drive, in a folder called "YtHunter Projects".
- We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't use your files to train AI.
What we keep
- Account: your name, email and password. Your password is stored as a one-way hash by our login provider, Supabase, so nobody can read it, including us.
- Access: whether your account is waiting, approved, suspended or removed, how many devices it may be used on, and until when it has access (if it has an end date).
- Devices: a random ID made in your browser, a short label such as "Chrome on Windows", and when it was last used. This is how the device limit works.
- Tool use: which tool you opened or ran and when, and how many minutes you spent in YtHunter each day. You see the same numbers in your dashboard.
- Account events: for example when access was given, or when the account was moved to another device.
- Settings and API keys: the settings you choose, and any API keys you add, are kept in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers.
- Your saved projects (History): for Frame Hunter, Hunter Timeline, StampHunter and HunterChat, the text and settings of your last 5 projects in each tool (for example your script, timestamps, chat messages and the names of its files), so you can open them again from History on any device. Each one is kept for 3 days after its last change. When you save a sixth, the oldest one is removed.
Files you add
Pictures, videos, audio and documents you add are opened and worked on inside your browser. They are not uploaded to YtHunter's servers. Your browser keeps a copy of your saved projects' files so they open again at once after a refresh. This copy is removed when you log out.
Some tools use outside AI services, for example for dubbing, voiceovers, images or text. When you run one of those tools, only the text or file that tool needs is sent to that service, through the API key set in the tool, to do what you asked. That service's own privacy policy applies to what it receives.
Google Drive and other cloud services
When you press From cloud → Google Drive, you sign in with your own Google account and pick files in Google's own window.
- YtHunter asks only for the
drive.filepermission. It can see only the files you pick and the files it saves for you, never the rest of your Drive. - The files you pick, or the files inside a folder you pick, are downloaded straight into the tool, in your browser, so you can use them there.
- So you don't have to sign in again after every refresh, the Google sign-in token is kept in your browser. It expires within an hour, Google renews it when you next press Google Drive, and it is never saved on our servers. Press Sign out in the From cloud window, or log out of YtHunter, and it is removed.
- Your saved projects: when you are signed in with Google, YtHunter saves the files of your saved projects in a folder called "YtHunter Projects" in your own Google Drive, so you can open them on your other devices. Files you picked from your own Drive are not copied again. For StampHunter, only the timestamps are saved there (as a .txt file); your voiceover stays on your computer. When a project is removed from History, YtHunter removes its copies, and copies of a project older than 3 days are removed the next time you use YtHunter. You can also delete the folder yourself at any time.
- We don't keep your Google files on our servers, we don't share or sell your Google data, we don't use it for ads, and we don't use it to train AI models.
- You can remove YtHunter's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections.
YtHunter's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Dropbox, OneDrive and MEGA work the same way: you sign in to your own account or paste a share link, choose the files, and they come straight into your browser.
Why we keep it
- To let you log in, check that your account is approved, and apply the device limit so accounts aren't shared.
- To show you your own dashboard: time spent, tools used and devices.
- To see which tools are used, so we know what to fix and improve.
- To answer you when you contact us.
Who else handles it
- Supabase runs our login and database.
- Hostinger hosts the website.
- Google Fonts, jsDelivr and cdnjs deliver fonts and code libraries the pages use. Hugging Face delivers the free speech model that StampHunter downloads once and then runs on your own computer: your voiceover and script are never sent there.
- VO Hunter (Paid plan): your script is sent to the voice service behind VO Hunter AI to make the voiceover, and the voiceover comes back to you. It is kept in your browser, in History, and on your own Google Drive when you are signed in with Google.
- Prompt Mapper (Paid plan): your timestamped script is sent to the AI service behind Prompt Mapper AI to write the image prompts, and the prompts come back to you. When you make a skill, its reference images are saved with the skill on our server so every prompt can follow them; deleting the skill deletes them. Only you see your skills.
- Services you choose to use: Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, MEGA, and the AI services whose API keys are set in the tool.
These providers may keep normal technical logs, such as your IP address, to run their service. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account, devices, usage records and saved projects. The text of a saved project is removed 3 days after its last change, when you delete it from History, or when it is the oldest of more than 5 in that tool.
Your choices
- See your time, tools and devices in your dashboard, and change your name and password there.
- Email us to get a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account.
- Clear your browser's site data to remove the settings and API keys kept in your browser.
Children
YtHunter is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly keep data about them.
